Hub Agency Model
The model adopted by ECCO for the management of International communication programmes assigns the ‘Hub Agency’ role to the one located in the same country where the Client Communication Team operates. The Hub Agency is responsible for all Clients’ reporting activities, the control of assigned budget management, briefing and updating other members’ agencies.
In all countries involved, Global Account Managers are assigned to each project with the role of interacting with each local agency team and coordinating the relation programmes with Opinion Leaders and Stakeholders. This operational model, tried and tested since 1990, offers a 40% saving compared to the average of an alternative solution.
